Like her debut, "RESTLESS," her sophomore effort, "IN MY ELEMENTS" is just that, containing 10 original songs carefully crafted with strong melodies and poignant lyrics. But perhaps what stands out the most is her soulful and sultry voice bringing emotions to each track which speaks directly to the listener.

This can be attributed to her musical training. Noella earned an Honours Bachelor of Music Degree in Theory and Composition from the University of Western Ontario, where she also majored in Voice. Fresh out of college, Noella was hired on as a Music Director at TVB (Television Broadcast, Hong Kong), completing over 200 episodes of "皆大歡喜 Virtues of Harmony I." She has also provided vocals for songs used in TVB series such as "花樣中年 (Life Begins At Forty)," "點指賊賊賊捉賊 (Good Against Evil)," and most notably for the featured song, 最好的時光 (Precious Moment) from "火舞黄沙 Dance of Passion" AKA "Fire Dance, Yellow Sand," which is included on, "IN MY ELEMENTS."

Another song included on the album 快樂人 "Happy People" was originally a jingle for which Noella had written for a Restaurant called, "Platform2" which airs on Fairchild Television. Her own favourite song is the opening track, "Solace" and is one of two songs which she collaborated with Producer Darryl Neudorf who produced and engineered "Fox Confessor Brings the Flood" by Neko Case.

Recently, Noella received the honour of BEST FEMALE 2007 at the Ontario Independent Music Awards (OIMA). Additionally, Track 5 "Pang" on "IN MY ELEMENT" was also nominated for BEST SONG, scoring in the TOP 5 overall of all songs submitted.

Currently, Noella is the Music Supervisor for OUTtv's "Chris and John" series and is also the lead female singer of Toronto based Chinese Band, DYNASTY MUSIC GROUP. Next, Noella can be heard in the TVB Drama Series 舞動全城 (starring Steven Ma, Bernice Liu) performing, the Brazilian classic, "Manha De Carnaval," as well as original songs for which she also wrote the lyrics, "Collide" and "Fireflies."

大學畢業後，受聘於香港無線電視 (TVB Hong Kong) 為音樂指導，曾經為不少片集作曲，配樂和幕後代唱，前有皆大歡喜，近有火舞黃沙等等。此外亦有為商業廣告作曲和演唱，例如必勝客 (Pizza Hut) 等等。 蔡瑋瑜是香港作曲作詞家協會(CASH Organization HK) 會員。

2003 年在多倫多開始製作第一張個人專輯，內有10首英文和一首廣東歌曲，全部都是自己作曲，作詞，編曲，錄音，和混音，自己掌握整個生產流程。在加拿大也有為本地電視台片集配樂，另外亦有替 Excel 香口糖出鏡拍攝廣告在全國播影。蔡瑋瑜是加拿大演員公會 (ACTRA Canada) 會員。

第一張個人專輯內已經有數首英文歌曲在美國，英國，意大利，德國，加拿大，和澳大利亞等地方獨立電台播放，並打進當地流行榜。
